How do I book a supplier?
Browse suppliers, save them to your shortlist, and send an inquiry. Once you receive a quote and agree on terms, the supplier will confirm your booking on the platform.
Is BacolodEvents free to use?
Yes, for planners, the platform is completely free. We do not charge service fees for finding and contacting suppliers.
Are all suppliers verified?
Suppliers with a 'Verified' badge have undergone our identity and business legitimacy checks. We recommend prioritizing verified suppliers for peace of mind.

How do I get the 'Verified' badge?
Complete your profile and submit the required documents (ID, Business Permit) through your supplier dashboard verification tab.
How do leads work?
When a planner sends an inquiry to your category or specific business, you'll receive a notification. You can reply and send quotes directly through our portal.
